How much and what percentage of the property value will we lend? $50,000 to $1,000,000. Up to 95% of property valuation up to $2,000,000 (conditions apply).
Flexible loan terms! You can take the loan for any period that you feel comfortable with up to 30 years.
Flexible loan repayments! Your repayments may be fortnightly or monthly. The repayment date may be any regular date nominated by YOU to suit your salary schedule, e.g. 15th of the month or every second Thursday. You may alter repayment periods and repayment dates at any time.
You can choose to pay higher than the minimum regular repayments and vary those higher repayments from time to time. You can make lump sum repayments at any time on any business day. Repayments are credited to your loan account on the date of receipt by BMC. If you do make accelerated or lump sum repayments, you will automatically be paying less interest.
